设计制作了一款仿蝙蝠扑翼飞行器。根据扑翼的工作方式,用电机驱动双摇杆-双连杆机构实现扑翼飞行;采用交叉十字法接将两个电磁舵机相连,保证微型扑翼机的灵活简约;选用6mm直径空心杯电机作为驱动电机,选用超小型双路双向有刷电子调速器;采用3D快速打印成型技术打印机身,用聚乙烯材质做蒙皮,将扑翼机的重量控制在了20g以内,并通过了飞行实验。
