高等植物的无土栽培,即水培或营养液培养是研究植物营养生理问题的重要方法。国外早在三十年代已开始采用这种研究方法,成功地证实氮、磷、钾、镁、钙,还有微量元素如钼、铁、锌、硼等都是植物的必需营养元素。在我国开始较晚,五十年代,科学院有关单位,利用这种手段,做了不少植物营养工作。1958年,中科院上海植生所科研人员及上海川沙县城镇公社药水四队农民在河面上试种水稻,获得成功,不仅能育出壮秧,而且还能抽穗结实。但是,在大型湖面上能不能进行无土栽培?国内外未见报道。随着国家人口不断增长,工业不断发展,可利用耕地面积也在减
