经济全球化背景下的经济危机具有较强的扩散和复苏效应,对这一现象的进行较深入的研究首先需要追溯到经典马克思的危机理论;此后,经济学界关于经济危机的同步性理论和传递理论对经济危机扩散的影响开始了系统的研究。但是,经济学界关于危机扩散与经济复苏的原因分析还不充分。随着以网络技术为载体的现实传媒对于经济活动的影响力的增强,为经济危机与经济复苏的原因分析提供了更多现实根据。本文认为,现代传媒对于经济危机的扩散与经济复苏具有一定的积极作用,而这些作用通过舆论引导产生效应,同时现代传媒对于危机扩散与经济复苏的作用也具有非对称性的特征。这一研究将为各国经济危机时期的媒体治理提供较好的思路。
The economic crisis under the background of economic globalization has a strong diffusion and recovery effect. A more in-depth study of this phenomenon needs to first be traced back to the crisis theory of classical Marx. Since then, the economists’ synchronicity and transfer theory about economic crisis The impact of the economic crisis began a systematic study. However, the economic analysis of the reasons for the spread of the crisis and the economic recovery is not sufficient. With the enhancement of the influence of real media with network technology as a carrier on economic activities, it provides more realistic bases for analyzing the causes of economic crisis and economic recovery. This paper argues that the modern media has some positive effects on the economic crisis and the economic recovery. These effects have the effect of being guided by the media, meanwhile, the modern media also has the asymmetrical characteristics for the spread of the crisis and the economic recovery. This research will provide better ideas for media governance in various countries during the economic crisis.
