用家兔16只,分成二组。一组注射维生素 D,一组为对照组。组织学观察未见 VD 组牙周组织有异常改变。通过 VD 组与对照组二组牙齿移动距离测量和组织学观察表明:VD 可以加速正畸牙齿移动速度。本文还介绍了一种制做动物实验用的钉管装置做为代替传统带环的尝试,实验证明是成功的。
Sixteen rabbits were divided into two groups. A group of vitamin D injection, a group for the control group. Histological observation showed no abnormal changes of periodontal tissue in VD group. Through VD group and control group two groups of teeth movement distance measurement and histological observation showed that: VD can accelerate the orthodontic tooth movement speed. This article also introduces a nailing device for making animal experiments as an attempt to replace the traditional belt loop. Experiments prove to be successful.
