本文阐述了我国汽车合金结构硼钢系列,有些钢种已经列入了冶金部标准,其中40MnB、20Mn(2)TiB、20MnVB、20MnMOB、40MnMoB五个钢种已用于汽车生产。本文以20MnVB为例,简要地介绍了新系列钢种的冶炼与机械制造工艺性能,以及用新钢种制造的汽车零件的强度与使用寿命。本文还介绍了对20MnVB钢与18CrMnTi钢齿轮接触疲劳损坏形态的研究结果,指出渗碳齿轮疲劳麻点的出现,已消耗了齿轮寿命的60~70%,这一结论对于使用部门预测齿轮寿命有非常实际的意义。
This article describes China’s automobile alloy structure boron steel series, some of the steel has been included in the Ministry of Metallurgical standards, of which 40MnB, 20Mn (2) TiB, 20MnVB, 20MnMOB, 40MnMoB five steel has been used in automobile production. In this paper, 20MnVB as an example, a brief introduction of the new series of steel smelting and mechanical manufacturing process performance, as well as the use of new steel products manufactured automotive parts strength and service life. The paper also introduces the research results on the contact fatigue damage of 20MnVB steel and 18CrMnTi steel gear, and points out that the occurrence of fatigue pitting of carburized gear consumes 60-70% of the gear life.
