目的探讨高频二维声像图特征和彩色多普勒血流表现在甲状腺癌临床诊断中的实用价值。方法回顾性分析123例均经手术病理证实的甲状腺癌声像图表现及彩色多普勒血流表现。结果123例甲状腺癌,低回声109例(87.8%),混合回声及中等回声14例(11.4%),边界不清92例(74.8%),内部粗糙的不规则钙化及砂粒样钙化83例(67.5%),肿瘤后方回声衰减90例(73.2%),彩色多普勒血流显示为Ⅲ级68例(55.3%),血流为高阻力(R I>0.7)71例(57.7%),颈部淋巴结转移64例(52.0%)。结论二维及彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺良恶性肿瘤的判断具有一定的临床价值,将有助于提高甲状腺癌诊断的准确性。
Objective To investigate the value of high-frequency two-dimensional sonography and color Doppler flow in the clinical diagnosis of thyroid cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of 123 cases of thyroid carcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology showed color Doppler flow imaging. Results 123 cases of thyroid cancer, 109 cases of low echo (87.8%), 14 cases of mixed echo and moderate echo (11.4%), 92 cases of unclear boundary (74.8%), irregular internal calcification and calcification of calcification in 83 cases 67.5%), 90 cases (73.2%) had echo attenuation in the posterior part of the tumor, 68 cases (55.3%) showed color Doppler flow in the grade Ⅲ, 71 cases (57.7%) had high resistance (RI> 0.7) 64 cases of lymph node metastasis (52.0%). Conclusion Two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid tumors have some clinical value, will help to improve the diagnostic accuracy of thyroid cancer.
