通过对菊花霞光四射、桃花线等2个品种的嫩梢、茎段、腋芽、叶片等不同营养器官的扦插试验,结果表明,各种营养器官作为插穗,扦插后都能生根,但生根的速度是不一致的。以嫩梢生根最快,在保湿的前提下,8~13 d开始生根,以下部茎段为最慢,约13~17 d开始生根,腋芽、叶片等因品种不同而生根的速度也不一样。因叶片扦插后,虽能生根,但移栽后只长根不长芽,直至冬季到来前逐渐枯死,所以不能作为繁殖材料。本试验针对采取插穗比较困难,或短时间内需要大量繁殖种苗的情况下,在生产上有一定的指导意义。
