随着社会经济的不断发展，人民生活质量水平不断提高，功能俱全的高层建筑越来越多。人们对居住条件和居住需求也在不断的变化，建筑物越来越朝着高层建筑的方向发展，这就要求结构设计人员在工作中严格要求自己，不断学习新规范，力求掌握更为合理的结构设计方法。
