本文首先论述了执行力在政府行政管理中的核心地位;接着从执行中的不作为行为、执行中的消极行为、执行中的随意行为和执行中的虚假行为四个方面,列举了当前我国政府管理中依然存在执行力不足的表现;最后详细阐述了我国政府执行力建设三大途径选择,即执行力建设的基本向度——政府“民本”与公正角色的定位、执行力建设的关键——政府有效监督制约机制的建立、执行力建设的重要目标——政府与民众良性互动机制的构建,以期对当今我国政府行政管理改革中的执行力建设给予参考和启示。
