本文用矩阵法求解了支撑辊的锥度对轧件板形的影响,并用迭代法求解了支撑辊与工作辊接触长度,分析了WC轧机的受力与变形状态,实验结果证明理论分析是正确的。
In this paper, the influence of the support roller taper on the plate shape is solved by the matrix method. The contact length between the support roller and the work roller is solved by iteration method. The force and deformation state of the WC rolling mill are analyzed. The experimental results show that the theoretical analysis is correct .
