用五甲基环戊二烯三苄氧基 [Cp* Ti( OBz) 3]与甲基铝氧烷 ( MAO)组成的催化体系催化丙烯聚合 ,比较了甲苯、庚烷及其混合溶剂对丙烯聚合的影响 .研究不同 n( Al) /n( Ti)比及单体压力对聚合活性和产物分子量的影响 ,发现聚合活性随 n( Al) /n( Ti)比增加先升高后下降 ,而随单体压力的增加明显升高 ,产物分子量随 n( Al) /n( Ti)比变化不明显 ,而随单体压力升高略有下降 .用13C NMR、DSC、拉伸实验对产物进行了表征 ,结果表明所得产物为高分子量的无规聚丙烯 ,具有良好的弹性
Catalytic polymerization of propylene with pentamethylcyclopentadienyl [benzyloxy] [Cp * Ti (OBz) 3] and methylaluminoxane (MAO) was carried out. The effects of toluene, The effects of different n (Al) / n (Ti) ratio and monomer pressure on the polymerization activity and product molecular weight were studied. It was found that the polymerization activity increased first and then decreased with the increase of n (Al) / n But with the increase of monomer pressure, the molecular weight of the product did not change obviously with the ratio of n (Al) / n (Ti), but decreased slightly with the increase of monomer pressure. Were characterized, the results show that the resulting product is a high molecular weight random polypropylene, has good elasticity
