在莱钢特钢 50 t电炉上采用炉门水冷碳氧枪装置、油氧助熔／二次燃烧两用喷嘴及 EBT氧枪技术，提高了电炉的用氧水平，降低电炉电耗130kw h／t、全程冶炼时间缩短到65min；冶炼成本下降40元/t。该综合用氧技术对国内30～60t电炉的改造具有指导意义。
In the Laigang Special Steel 50 t electric furnace using the door water cooled carbon dioxide lance device, oil oxygen flux / secondary combustion dual nozzle and EBT lance technology to improve the oxygen level of the electric furnace to reduce the electric furnace power consumption 130kw h / t, the whole smelting time is shortened to 65min; smelting costs down 40 yuan / t. The integrated oxygen technology for the domestic 30 ~ 60t electric furnace transformation has guiding significance.
