碳纳米材料表征技术是碳材料研究与应用交叉融合的技术,对其研究和应用有着重要的推动作用。碳纳米材料的性能与其微观结构和组成密切相关。表征碳纳米材料的微观结构和组成的方法有多种,如扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、能量色散X射线(EDX)、选区电子衍射(SAED)、X射线衍射(XRD)、光电子能谱(XPS)和拉曼(Raman)光谱等。
Carbon nanomaterials characterization technology is a cross-integration of carbon materials research and application of technology, its research and application has an important role in promoting. The properties of carbon nanomaterials are closely related to their microstructure and composition.
