流行性乙型脑炎(简称乙脑)是一种以中枢神经系统损伤为主要特征的急性病毒性传染病,病死率高,后遗症重。我县自1971年发生大流行以来,随着乙脑疫苗的普遍接种到有计划地全程免疫,发病率逐年下降,近30年来未见流行,多数年份呈低发,偶发和无发病状态。1999年我县发生乙脑暴发流行 Japanese encephalitis (JE) is an acute viral infection characterized by central nervous system injury, with high mortality and severe sequelae.
