运用稳健设计方法,针对特定的试验件,从信噪比和灵敏度2个指标进行分析,通过验证试验,找到了适用于高强度、难切削材料的数控机床切削条件,提高了数控机械加工精度。
The steady design method was used to analyze the specific SNR and sensitivity from two indexes. Through the verification test, the cutting conditions of CNC machine tool suitable for high-strength and difficult-to-cut materials were found out, and the machining precision of NC machining was improved.
