新明磺(磺胺甲基异恶唑、新诺明、SMZ),是临床上常用的抗菌药物,应用广泛,疗效确切。但本药与其它药物配伍,能产生协同作用增强疗效,也能产生毒副反应,故在应用时应特别注意。新明磺+甲氧苄氨嘧啶(TMP):TMP抗菌机理是抑制二氢叶酸还原酶,使二氢叶酸不能还原成四氢叶酸,因而切断了叶酸的代谢途径,达到抑菌作用。与新明磺联合应用时,可在叶酸代谢途径中的两个环节上同时起作用,产生双重阻断作用,使细菌不能合成维持生长繁殖所必需的脱氧核糖核酸和核糖核酸,因而
