对96例成人急性白血病(其中急淋32例,急非淋64例)作体外细胞毒试验,发现急淋和急非淋白血病细胞对柔红霉素(D)、长春新碱(V)、氨甲喋呤(M)、高三尖杉酯碱(H)、阿糖胞苷(A)及VP16~213敏感性无统计学差异(P>0.05),临床常用化疗方案(VDP、DA、HOAP)细胞杀伤率积分与骨髓原始细胞下降指数(MBDI)和完全缓解(CK)率呈正相关,≥9分患者CR率明显高于<9分者(P<0.01)。因此作者建议对初治急性白血病应先作体外细胞毒试验,以选择敏感药物组成联合化疗方案。
