球脱式提引器,是目前实现塔上无人所采用的行之有效的提引工具.但是这种提引器,原来的缺点是:下钻时,钻具在泥浆浮力和井壁阻力作用下,与提引器发生相对位移,能使钻具脱离提引器而造成“跑管”.我们据此改进,在提引器心管和本体之间,加装一个压力弹簧(见附图),靠其弹力使心管和提引接手不发生位移,从而克服了“跑管”现象.所用弹簧是BW200/40泥浆泵之离合器顶杆复位弹簧,即φ88×φ80×L95,钢丝直径4毫米.
