近百年来,美国曾有过三次重大的金融立法行动,产生了三部有影响的金融法——《格拉斯—斯蒂格尔法》、《格雷姆—里奇—布利雷法》、《多德—弗兰克法》。分析、比较这三部金融法产生的不同背景及其对经济社会发展所产生的不同作用,有助于我们深刻认识新自由主义学派长期鼓吹的“金融自由化”的本质及被唾弃的历史必然性。
In the past century or so, the United States has had three major financial legislative actions that led to three influential financial laws - the Grass-Steagall Act, the Graeme-Ridge-Bliss Act, Dodd-Frank Act. Analyzing and comparing the different backgrounds of these three financial laws and their different roles in economic and social development helps us to profoundly understand the essence of the “financial liberalization” advocated by the neoliberal school for long time and to be discarded Historical inevitability.
