燃煤电厂排烟处理的主要目的是除尘、脱硫和脱氮。现已有多种处理技术,其中除尘方法有旋风除尘、水膜除尘、袋式除尘、电气除尘,目前广泛采用的是电气除尘。脱硫方法有石灰石—石膏法、双碱法、镁石膏法、亚钠循环法,活性碳法,电子束照射法等。目前广泛采用的是石灰石—石膏法和活性碳法。脱氮方法有选择性催化还原法、选择性无催化还原法、氧化吸收法,但目前都应用不多。文章介绍了几种应用较广泛的方法及其改进和发展。
The main purpose of exhaust treatment of coal-fired power plants is dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification. There are a variety of processing technologies, including cyclone dust removal methods, water film dust removal, bag dust removal, electrical dust removal, the current widely used electrical dust removal. Desulfurization methods are limestone - gypsum, double alkali, magnesium gypsum, sodium cycle, activated carbon, electron beam irradiation and so on. Currently widely used limestone - gypsum and activated carbon method. Nitrogen removal methods are selective catalytic reduction, selective catalytic reduction, oxidation absorption, but are currently not much used. The article describes several widely used methods and their improvements and developments.
