在Ni_(40)Mn_(30)Fe_(30)触媒合金中加入了(0.1—O.2%)的B,B+N,Y,Ce,混合稀土。含B(或B+N)的触媒,明显地提高了金刚石的抗氧化性能,对平均抗压强度也有提高;此种触媒可以推广应用。稀土元素也有一定的作用。 我们把含有和不含有微量元素的Ni_(40)Mn_(30)Fe_(30)触媒片分半对称地组装在同一高温高压反应腔中,造成水平方向的微量掺杂原子的浓度梯度,研究了硼等微量原子对高温高压合成金刚石的影响,得到了一些有益的结果。
In the Ni_ (40) Mn_ (30) Fe_ (30) catalyst alloy, B, B + N, Y, Ce and mixed rare earth were added (0.1-0.2%). Containing B (or B + N) catalyst, significantly improve the diamond’s oxidation resistance, the average compressive strength also increased; this catalyst can be widely used. Rare earth elements also have a role. We assembled semi-symmetrically Ni_ (40) Mn_ (30) Fe_ (30) catalysts with and without trace elements in the same high temperature and high pressure reaction chamber, resulting in a concentration gradient of trace dopant in the horizontal direction. Boron and other trace atoms on high temperature and high pressure synthesis of diamond, obtained some beneficial results.
