采用近距摄影、扫描电镜、电子能谱、X-射线衍射等多种技术,对CMDB(复合改性双基)、Al-CMDB、Mg/Al-CMDB推进剂燃速和火焰结构进行了研究。结果表明,在CMDB推进剂中添加Al、Mg/Al等金属燃料,改变了火焰结构;Mg/Al合金可提高金属燃料Al粉的燃烧效率。
The burning rate and flame structure of CMDB (composite modified bimonthly), Al-CMDB, Mg / Al-CMDB propellants were studied by using various techniques such as close-range photography, SEM, EDS and X-ray diffraction . The results show that the addition of Al, Mg / Al and other metal fuels to the CMDB propellant changed the flame structure; the Mg / Al alloy can improve the combustion efficiency of Al powder.
