目的探讨诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在结肠癌中的表达特点及其与临床病理的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测结肠腺癌iNOS、VEGF、Ⅳ型胶原及FⅧAg的表达情况。结果45例结肠癌iNOS和VEGF蛋白的阳性率分别为76%和80%。两者呈正相关共同作用于肿瘤间质血管,致微血管密度(MVD)增多。结肠癌iNOS阳性的MVD值为37.0±5.7;阴性的则为30.5±4.9。结肠癌VEGF阳性的MVD值为39.5±8.5;阴性的则为30.7±4.4。VEGF的表达与肿瘤的侵袭、分化程度及淋巴结转移有关,但与患者的年龄、性别和组织分型无关。结论iNOS和VEGF的表达与结肠癌的血管生成和侵袭转移密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in colon cancer and its relationship with clinicopathology. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of iNOS, VEGF, type Ⅳ collagen and FⅧAg in colorectal adenocarcinoma. Results The positive rates of iNOS and VEGF in 45 cases of colon cancer were 76% and 80% respectively. The two have a positive correlation between the tumor stroma vessels, resulting in increased microvessel density (MVD). Colon cancer iNOS positive MVD was 37.0 ± 5.7; negative was 30.5 ± 4.9. The MVD value of VEGF-positive colon cancer was 39.5 ± 8.5; the negative was 30.7 ± 4.4. VEGF expression and tumor invasion, differentiation and lymph node metastasis, but not with the patient’s age, gender and tissue type has nothing to do. Conclusion The expression of iNOS and VEGF is closely related to angiogenesis and invasion and metastasis of colon cancer.
