本文研究了温度从20°升到40℃时的泡沫浮选动力学和三相接触(TPC)的特性。浮选给矿由不同粒径的玻璃球和石英颗粒组成。十二胺盐酸盐(DDAHCI)作为捕收剂。平衡的三相接触角用改进的Mingins-Scheludko法,利用显微镜进行测量。温度对DDAHCI溶液表面张力的影响应用Wihelmy法测定。利用金相显微镜监测不同温度时玻璃硅质磨片上薄膜的形成和TPC的扩大,并用与之配套的照像机记录该过程。试验数据表明,在30~40℃时,细颗粒的浮选动力学有所增强,而粗颗粒并无这种现象,其原因可能依赖于TPC的扩大速度和对温度的感应时间。
In this paper, the characteristics of froth flotation kinetics and three-phase contact (TPC) at 20 ° C to 40 ° C are studied. Flotation to the mine by the different sizes of glass balls and quartz particles. Dodecylamine hydrochloride (DDAHCI) as a collector. The equilibrium three-phase contact angle was measured with a microscope using the modified Mingins-Scheludko method. The effect of temperature on the surface tension of DDAHCI solution was determined by the Wihelmy method. The formation of thin films and the expansion of TPC on glass-silicon abrasive films at different temperatures were monitored by a metallographic microscope, and the images were recorded with a camera. The experimental data show that the flotation kinetics of fine particles are enhanced at 30-40 ℃, while the coarse particles do not have this phenomenon, the reason may depend on the expansion rate of TPC and the temperature sensing time.
