目的:研究妊娠合并脑出血的临床特点及对母婴的影响,探讨妊娠合并脑出血的诊断和妊娠结局。方法:对2010年1月-2017年1月妊娠合并脑出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:妊娠合并脑出血患者死亡4例,存活23例,新生儿25例,存活21例。结论:妊娠合并脑出血误诊率高,病情发展快,妊娠晚期分娩以剖宫产为宜,定期产前检查,早诊断及时治疗是改善妊娠合并脑出血患者预后的关键。 Objective: To study the clinical features of pregnancy complicated with intracerebral hemorrhage and the impact on maternal and infant, to explore the diagnosis of pregnancy complicated with cerebral hemorrhage and pregnancy outcome. Methods: The clinical data of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage during pregnancy from January 2010 to January 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: 4 cases died of pregnancy complicated with cerebral hemorrhage, 23 cases survived, 25 cases were newborn and 21 cases survived. Conclusion: The misdiagnosis rate of pregnancy complicated with intracerebral hemorrhage is high, and the condition develops fast. Cesarean section is suitable for delivery in the third trimester of pregnancy. Regular antenatal examination and early diagnosis and timely treatment are the keys to improve the prognosis of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage in pregnancy.
