采用盲孔法测量了Ni Cr Fe Mo涂层的残余应力,得出Ni Cr Fe Mo涂层的残余应力分布规律,并且从涂层的厚度与到边缘的距离两方面分析影响残余应力的因素。发现Ni Cr Fe Mo涂层的残余应力主要为压应力,应力值从中间向边缘处减小,而在涂层的边缘附近残余应力又增大;Ni Cr Fe Mo涂层的残余压应力随涂层厚度的增加而先增加后减小,在其中间的某厚度压应力达到最大值;试件尺寸的大小影响残余应力的变化范围。
The residual stress of Ni-Cr-Fe-Mo coating was measured by blind-hole method. The residual stress distribution of Ni-Cr-Fe-Mo coating was obtained. And the factors affecting the residual stress were analyzed from the thickness of the coating and the distance to the edge. It is found that the residual stress of Ni Cr Fe Mo coating is mainly compressive, the stress decreases from the middle to the edge, and the residual stress increases along the edge of the coating. The thickness of the layer increases first and then decreases, and the compressive stress of a certain thickness reaches its maximum value in the middle; the size of the specimen affects the variation range of the residual stress.
