通过溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2溶胶,采用浸渍的方法在工业金刚石表面涂覆TiO2薄膜。扫描电镜和红外分析结果表明,用该方法可以在金刚石表面涂覆TiO2薄膜,薄膜将金刚石磨料包裹完全。综合热分析对金刚石抗氧化性能检测结果为:涂膜金刚石较未涂膜金刚石抗氧化温度提高100℃。将表面涂有TiO2薄膜的金刚石磨料制备出陶瓷结合剂金刚石砂轮,其显微结构表明,金刚石表面TiO2薄膜在烧结过程中可以保护金刚石磨料不受陶瓷结合剂中的碱金属氧化物腐蚀,能提高结合剂对金刚石磨料的把持力。
