多层砖房是我国目前量大、面广的建筑结构形式。研究多层砖房抗震设计的简化计算方法,对减少抗震计算工作量,缩短设计周期、加快工程建设速度均有重要的现实意义。为此,笔者推导出了两个简化计算公式,现简介如下: 一、直接计算多层砖房女儿墙抗震强度的简易公式。多层砖房女儿墙的抗震设计,除应符合抗震设计规范《TJ11—78》表5的构造要求外,尚需进行抗震强度验算。规范《TJ11—78》规定的计算方法虽说是一种简化与近似的计算方法,但其具体计算仍较繁复。利用笔者推导的简易公式,可迅速选定新建房屋女儿墙需要的合理砂浆标号,防止因选用砂浆标号不当而造成浪费或不能保证女儿墙的抗震强度;对现有房屋进行抗震鉴定可迅速确
The multi-story brick house is a large-scale and extensive architectural structure in China. Studying the simplified calculation method for seismic design of multi-story brick buildings has important practical significance for reducing the seismic calculation workload, shortening the design cycle and accelerating the construction speed. To this end, the author deduced two simplified calculation formulas, which are summarized as follows: 1. A simple formula for directly calculating the seismic strength of the parapets of multi-story brick houses. The seismic design of the parapet wall of a multi-storey brick house shall, in addition to the structural requirements of Table 5 of the seismic design code “TJ11-78”, still be checked for earthquake resistance strength. Although the calculation method specified in the “TJ11-78” specification is a simplified and approximate calculation method, its specific calculation is still more complicated. Using the simplified formula devised by the author, the reasonable mortar markings needed for newly-built house parapets can be quickly selected to prevent waste caused by improper selection of mortar marks or inability to guarantee the seismic strength of the parapet; the seismic evaluation of existing houses can be quickly confirmed.
