目前,用钠还原钛粉为原料制取的粉末轧制板材,表其面和断面上都有大小不一、形态不同的黑点,沿着轧制方向拉长呈现微细条带。纵向和横向延伸率差别较大,而且横向延伸率很小。这些因素严重影响粉末轧制钛板的质量。本文根据实验中存在的问题和国外已取得的成果,试图用磁选法、浮选法消除钛粉中的夹杂,力求制得优质粉末轧制钛板。
At present, the powdered rolled sheet made from sodium-reduced titanium powder has different sizes and different black spots on the surface and the cross-section, and is elongated along the rolling direction to show fine bands. Longitudinal and transverse elongation difference, and lateral elongation is small. These factors seriously affect the quality of powder rolled titanium plate. Based on the problems existing in the experiment and the achievements made abroad, this paper attempts to eliminate the inclusions in titanium powder by magnetic separation and flotation, and strive to obtain high-quality powder rolled titanium plate.
