在单台盾构掘进的隧道中,盾构通常是在掘进完成后在洞外进行拆卸。在工期要求紧的长大隧道中,在同一隧道中的两台盾构相向掘进施工,需要在隧道会合点处对两台盾构进行对接拆卸。对接拆卸要求安全可靠,在盾构的结构设计、工艺制定时就应充分考虑。以广深港客运专线狮子洋隧道工程为例,叙述了对接拆卸的盾构采用双层独立盾壳、主要部件分块构造、限制单件重量、预留超前钻导孔及轨道式后配套拖车等结构设计应采用的技术措施,对拆卸前的准备工作和拆卸处进行多层注浆加固的方法进行了介绍。重点介绍盾构对接拆卸步骤,分别叙述后配套拖车的拆卸、主机部件的拆卸、主驱动组件的拆卸和刀盘拆卸的步骤。
