为解决中厚板生产中出现的钢板头尾中间超厚和板形不良的质量问题,利用平面变厚度有限元法和模拟退火算法,建立了轧辊磨损模型和热凸度预报模型,开发出PMR和PWR辊型,应用后使板凸度下降了52%。
