Objective To investigate the effect of microsurgery on cerebral hemorrhage in patients with hypertensive essential hypertension. Methods A total of 140 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from March 2009 to March 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, of which 70 patients were treated by microsurgical treatment of small bone window. The other 70 patients were Control group, using the traditional large bone craniotomy. Compare the two groups of surgical results. Results After 3 months of treatment, the excellent and good rate of the trial group was 82.86%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (67.14%). The adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (4.29%) at 72 hours Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Microsurgery in the treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can not only improve the therapeutic effect but also reduce the complications compared with the traditional treatment, which is worth to be popularized clinically.
