作者参照日本学者矢原的方法,又反复经硅胶柱层析及旋转薄层法,从吉林人参(Panax ginseng C. A. Mey.)叶中分离出Lb_2、Lc_1、Lc_2、Ld,Le、Lg_1和Lg_2等7种单体。其中6种分别与人参甙标准品对照,Lb_2与Rb_2、Lc_1与Rc、Ld与Rd、Le与Re、Lg_1与Rg_1、Lg_2与Rg_2一致。另外Lc_2尚待鉴定。 Lb2:白色结晶性粉末。mp201~203℃。[α]_D~(20)16.6°(C=0.267, MeOH)。IR v_(max)~(KBr)cm~(-1):3300(-OH),1630(C=C)。混熔测定,熔点不降低。TLCR_f值相同。其乙酰化物:白色结晶性粉末,mp128℃,IR:无-OH。上述结果与人参甙R_(b_2)一
The authors refer to Japanese scholar Yakuhara’s method and repeatedly performed silica gel column chromatography and rotating thin layer method to separate Lb_2, Lc_1, Lc_2, Ld, Le, Lg_1, and Lg_2 from the leaves of Panax ginseng CA Mey. Monomer. Six of them were compared with the ginseng standard, and Lb_2 and Rb_2, Lc_1 and Rc, Ld and Rd, Le and Re, Lg_1 and Rg_1, and Lg_2 and Rg_2 were the same.
