随着国内交通设施建设规模日益扩大,隧道建设也得到了迅猛发展。隧道与其他工程相比较具有隐蔽性、复杂性强,地质条件及周围环境不确定性突出等特点。往往在隧道掘进过程中才能发现不良地质情况,因此常导致塌方、涌水、岩爆等各种地质灾害。不仅会影响工程进度,增加工程造价,甚至会导致严重施工事故发生。因此对隧道岩溶的发育情况进行及时准确地预报是保证施工安全,减轻突水、突泥等灾害的有效途径。本文主要结合都(匀)香(格里拉)高速公路六盘水至威宁(黔滇界)段项目隧道工程中采用超前水平地质钻机施工进行研究,详细论述了超前水平地质钻机在本工程中的应用以及效益分析。
With the increasing scale of construction of domestic traffic facilities, the construction of tunnels has also witnessed rapid development. Compared with other projects, tunnels are characterized by covertness, high complexity, prominent geological conditions and prominent uncertainties in the surrounding environment. Often in the process of tunneling to find the adverse geological conditions, it often leads to landslides, gushing water, rock burst and other geological disasters. Not only will it affect the progress of the project, increase the construction cost, and even lead to serious construction accidents. Therefore, forecasting the development of tunnel karst timely and accurately is an effective way to ensure the construction safety and reduce the water inrush, mud and other disasters. This paper mainly studies the construction of advanced geological drilling rig in tunnel project of Duyun (Gelila) Expressway from Liupanshui to Weining (Qian-Dian sector), and discusses in detail the application of advance-level geological drilling rig in this project And benefit analysis.
