核电工程既庞大又系统复杂,特别是核岛安装工程,涉及管道、电仪、机械、通风、保温等专业,施工工艺复杂,施工周期较长,要保证核岛系统顺利交付,毋庸置疑,严格控制工程质量,降低缺陷,提高一次合格率,是质量管理的最终目标。鉴于核电安装工程复杂的特殊性,又使质量控制(Quality Control简称“QC”)工作凸显的非常重要。本文结合实际,浅析核岛安装工程质量控制模式,阐述两级QC的设置优点,探讨在后续新堆型的推广应用。
The nuclear power project is both large and complex. Especially for the nuclear island installation project, which involves plumbing, electrical instrumentation, machinery, ventilation and insulation, the construction process is complicated and the construction period is long. To ensure the smooth delivery of the nuclear island system, there is no doubt that strict Control of project quality, reduce defects, improve the pass rate, is the ultimate goal of quality management. In view of the complexity of the nuclear power installation project, the quality control (QC) work is highlighted. Based on the actual situation, this paper analyzes the quality control mode of nuclear island installation project, elaborates the advantages of two-level QC and discusses the popularization and application of new reactor type.
