天然砂资源日趋紧张,而且质量不断下降。尾矿资源存储量巨大,有效利用尾矿砂替代天然砂既可以解决天然砂资源紧张问题,而且符合环保利废的国家政策。本文主要通过试验,将北京密云铁尾矿粗砂和细砂按照一定比例复配,完全替代天然砂配制混凝土,而且性能优于天然砂配制的混凝土,并且通过与厂家沟通,改进生产工艺,扩大尾矿利用范围,实现了尾矿砂在混凝土生产中的全面使用,具有经济和社会效益。
