反基因技术是以脱氧寡聚核苷酸与双链DNA分子序列特异性结合形成三链DNA,从而在转录水平上调控基因表达的一种基因治疗策略。本文从三链DNA分子构建的由来、机理、技术关键(专一性、稳定性、摄取与分布)、药物靶研究及体内应用等方面对这项技术的发展和应用前景进行了综述。
Antigen technology is a gene therapy strategy that uses a combination of deoxyribonucleotides and double-stranded DNA molecules to form triple-stranded DNA and thus regulates gene expression at the transcriptional level. This review summarizes the development and application prospects of this technology based on the origin, mechanism and key technology (specificity, stability, uptake and distribution) of three-stranded DNA molecule construction, drug target research and in vivo application.
