锌能拮抗镉的毒性作用。因为在接触镉之后,给以锌与环己二胺四乙酸复合物时,镉的排泄就增多了。本文作者研究了锌对接触镉大鼠的肝、肾和睾丸中镉、铜和锌的吸收与积蓄的影响。实验用ITRC雄性大鼠24只,给予标准饲料。将CdCl_2·H_2O溶于生理盐水中,给大鼠腹腔注射2 ml含镉溶液为0.75 mg Cd/kg。每天一次,共六天。8只大鼠为对照。最后一次注射后48小时,每组分别断头杀死8只;留下的16只接触镉大鼠等分二组。第一组给0.75 mg Zn/kg·2 ml[(CH_3COO)_2·Zn·2 H_2O生理盐水液]腹腔注射,每天一次,共六天。
