An application of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to anti HIV immunotherapy is first reported. DEA models are utilized to describe the drug treatment strategies. And the efficiency of the strategies is explored. Two prediction models are constructed respectively according to the given inputs and the given outputs. All models are solved numerically using the linear program (LP), which has the advantage over the differential equation models.
