小麦穗发芽是小麦生产中的主要灾害和重要问题,在普通小麦中缺乏抗穗发芽的品种资源。本试验通过对35份黄河中游地区节节麦1、4份国外节节麦及部分小麦品种的发芽率的测定及抗性多样性分析,综合评价了黄河中游地区节节麦的穗发芽抗性状况。结果表明,节节麦穗发芽抗性普遍高于小麦品种,黄河中游地区节节麦的抗穗发芽能力优于国外材料,其中以T005、T007、T008、T016、T030、T062、T065、T068、T069、T072和T085等11个材料的抗穗发芽能力最强,是小麦穗发芽改良优异的抗源材料。
Wheat sprouting is a major disaster in wheat production and an important issue in common wheat lack of spike resistant varieties of resources. In this study, we determined the germination rate and resistance diversity of 35 sections of Chinese knotweed and some wheat cultivars in the middle reaches of the Yellow River, and evaluated the sprouting resistance of knotweed in the middle reaches of the Yellow River situation. The results showed that the germination resistance of the sectioned wheat was generally higher than that of the wheat cultivars, and the resistance to spike of the sectioned cuttings of wheat in the middle reaches of the Yellow River was better than that of the foreign materials. Among them, T05, T007, T008, T016, T030, T062, T065, T068, T069, T072 and T085 and other 11 materials have the strongest resistance to sprouting, which is an excellent material for improving the sprouting of wheat spikes.
