建立了水平振动式给料机的力学模型和运动微分方程,对料槽的运动状态进行了简单分析,详细分析了物料的运动和求解过程,并用MATLAB进行了运动仿真,提供了图形进行参考,仿真结果表明这种设备的可行性,为进一步开发和优化水平式给料机提供了参考依据。
The mechanical model and the differential equation of motion of the horizontal vibrating feeder are established. The movement state of the trough is analyzed simply. The movement and the solution process of the material are analyzed in detail. The motion simulation is carried out with MATLAB, and the graphics are provided for reference. The simulation results show that the feasibility of this equipment provides a reference for further development and optimization of horizontal feeder.
