[目的]了解医疗机构医护人员手卫生知识水平与手卫生状况。[方法]2011年5～10月,在高密市市镇二级35家医疗机构,随机抽取不同科室的部分医护人员进行调查。[结果]调查342名医护人员,手卫生知识知晓率为74.56%。其中,市直医院144人的知晓率为80.56%,镇街医院198人的知晓率为70.20%(P<0.05)。4项手卫生知识中,全部调查对象知晓率最高的是手卫生概念(82.46%),最低的是手卫生标准(68.13%)。检测医护人员手826份,手卫生(细菌总数)合格率为86.08%。手卫生合格率,市直医院为93.42%,镇街医院为79.82%(P<0.01);手术室为95.73%,外科为92.78%,妇产科为91.54%,供应室为87.50%,口腔科为74.19%,检验科为72.55%(P<0.01)。[结论]高密市医疗机构医护人员手卫生合格率和手卫生知识知晓率不高。 [Objective] To understand the level of hand hygiene and the status of hand hygiene among medical staff in medical institutions. [Methods] From May to October 2011, 35 medical institutions at two levels in Gaomi City were randomized to select some medical staff from different departments for investigation. [Results] Investigation of 342 medical staff, hand hygiene awareness was 74.56%. Among them, the awareness rate of 144 people in Zhizhi Hospital was 80.56%, and that of 198 people in Zhenjie Hospital was 70.20% (P <0.05). Of the four hand hygiene knowledge, the highest awareness of all respondents was hand hygiene concept (82.46%), and the lowest was hand hygiene standard (68.13%). 826 medical staffs were tested, and the pass rate of hand hygiene (total number of bacteria) was 86.08%. The passing rate of hand hygiene was 93.42% in Shizheng Hospital and 79.82% in Zhenjie Hospital (P <0.01). The operating room was 95.73%, the surgery was 92.78%, the obstetrics and gynecology was 91.54%, the supply room was 87.50% 74.19% and 72.55% in the laboratory (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The rate of awareness of hand hygiene and hand hygiene knowledge among health care workers in medical institutions in Gaomi is not high.
