为使高速火焰喷涂涂层能够成为一种高耐腐蚀性的涂层 ,对采用不同燃料气体的喷枪和不同耐腐蚀涂层材料的组合进行了试验研究。试验是采用腐蚀试验槽进行的。试验结果表明 ,采用氢气作燃料气体的 DJ2 60 0喷枪和采用镍合金 Hastelloy C2 76作涂层材料所获得的涂层具有优良的耐腐蚀性
In order to make high-speed flame spray coating into a highly corrosion-resistant coating, the combination of spray gun with different fuel gas and different corrosion-resistant coating materials was studied. The test is carried out using corrosion test tank. The test results show that the DJ2 60 0 gun using hydrogen gas as the fuel gas and the coating using the Hastelloy C2 76 nickel alloy have excellent corrosion resistance
