某型多轴转台设备中双通道感应同步器测角系统粗通道的原始精度差,无法应用传统粗精耦合方法(要求综合精度优于0.4°)输出绝对角度。该文结合双通道测角系统的特点,提出一种查表实现粗精耦合的方法,阐述了建立粗精相关表及查表得到绝对角度的过程。建立了以精测结果及绝对角度为自变量的粗测输出表达式,分析了粗测综合相对误差的边界条件。分析及实验结果表明:与传统方法相比,应用查表法实现粗精耦合,取消了对粗通道固定误差的限制,仅要求以精测零点为基准的360°/y(y为精测极对数)范围内的粗测综合相对误差(主要为漂移误差)小于粗测区间长度的一半(即0.5°)。
