The U.S. News and Observer recently published an article praising China’s service attitude. In a place where quality service has become a universal norm instead of moving, does not it sound so cool? In China I saw such a world. Chinese care of customers educated Americans. We flew from Shanghai to Dalian and then to Beijing. There were no long lines along the way. We did not have to take off our shoes or take off our jackets. Security staff pat on you, just like massage. To be honest, I do not want to go several times, until security officers push me with my elbow had to move away.
