细胞因子激活T细胞受体后,引起原始T细胞分化各种CD4+T细胞亚群,包括:Th1、Th2、Th17、Th22、卵泡辅助T细胞(Tfh)和调节性辅助T细胞(Treg),它们能产生不同细胞因子和转录因子.虽然Th17细胞最近已经被确定是一个独立的T细胞谱系,但以往研究IL-17与人类疾病的联系只局限于Th17细胞.研究发现除了Th17细胞分泌IL-17外,CD8+T细胞、γδT细胞,自然杀伤细胞NKT-17、淋巴组织诱导(LTi)-17和固有淋巴细胞(ILC)-17以及其他一些潜在的细胞均可以分泌IL-17.研究还发现T淋巴细胞产生的IL-17在上皮细胞、内皮细胞和成纤维细胞炎性反应形成中有重要的作用.IL-17是固有免疫和特异性免疫相互联系的桥梁,既能产生有益作用,又有危害作用.文章对分泌IL-17淋巴细胞在COPD慢性炎性反应中的作用作一综述.“,”During T cell receptor (TCR) activation in a particular cytokine environment,naive CD4+T cells may differentiate into lineages defined by their pattern of cytokine production and transcription factors: T helper 1(Th1),Th2,Th17,Th22,follicular helper T cells (Tfh) and inducible regulatory T cells (Treg).Although Th17 cells have only recently been recognized as a distinct lineage of Th cells,associations between interleukin (IL) 17 and human disease have been known somewhat longer.It would be oversimplification to restrict IL-17 to Th17.Some researches show that IL-17 is also expressed by other cells including CD8+T cells,γδT cells,Natural Killer (NK)T 17,lymphoid tissue induced (LTi) 17 and innate lymphoid cell (ILC) 17.IL-17 as a cytokine expressed by T cells,exerting inflammatory effects on epithelial,endothelial and fibroblast cells.IL-17 is a solid link between innate and adaptive immunity and can exert both beneficial as well as deleterious effects.However,it is little understood about associations between interleukin (IL) 17 and human disease.How does IL-17 participate in host defense,immune adjustment and automatic immune function remains to be further investigated.This paper aim to review the role of various cells secreting IL-17 T lymphoid cyte in COPD.
