将可变模糊集发展到可变模糊清晰集,简称可变集,研究建立清晰性与模糊性两者动态变化统一的可变集理论,并将其应用于水资源系统优选决策实践。提出动态与模糊对立公理和基于可变集的水资源系统优选决策原理与方法。给出两个应用实例,并与可拓学、模糊集对分析优选方法进行了详细的比较分析。结果表明可变集不仅对水资源系统优选决策,而且可推广用于其他系统,如水利水电、土木建筑工程系统等众多领域的优选决策,具有广宽的应用前景。
The variable fuzzy set is developed to a variable fuzzy clear set, referred to as a variable set, to study the establishment of a unified variable set theory of dynamic changes of both clarity and ambiguity, and apply it to the decision-making of water resources system optimization. Proposed dynamic and fuzzy contradiction axioms and variable set-based water resources system optimization decision-making principles and methods. Two application examples are given, and a detailed comparative analysis is made with the extenics and fuzzy set pair analysis and optimization methods. The results show that the variable set not only has the best decision-making ability for water resources system, but also can be widely used in other systems, such as water conservancy and hydropower, civil engineering systems and so on. It has wide application prospect.
