文内采用硼含量计算古盐度方法,由于引用了成岩系数改善了考奇(E.L.Couch)计算式,提高了计算的准确度,其计算式如下:logSp=(log b_(in)-1.375)/(0.49) 据上式对东营凹陷早第三纪湖水的古盐度作了计算。纯化镇组早期古盐度大于40%,晚期的古盐度则21~40%,沙三段沉积时则降低小于5%,沙二段晚期至沙一段早期又升高大于10%;而沙一段沉积时古盐度又降至5%以下。这种高低的变化也反映到古生物化石方面。
