目的:研究我院颅咽管瘤临床用药情况。方法:利用药历管理软件,对我院2004～2008年颅咽管瘤患者使用药品的数量与金额进行统计,并计算DDDs、DDC和B/A。结果:颅咽管瘤患者的药物治疗以继发性癫痫、应激性溃疡、下丘脑损伤为主。结论:颅咽管瘤的治疗主要是并发症的治疗。用药基本合理。
Objective: To study the clinical medication of craniopharyngioma in our hospital. Methods: The number and amount of drugs used in patients with craniopharyngioma in our hospital from 2004 to 2008 were calculated by using the software of medicine calendar, and DDDs, DDC and B / A were calculated. Results: The treatment of craniopharyngioma patients with secondary epilepsy, stress ulcer, hypothalamic injury. Conclusion: The treatment of craniopharyngioma is mainly the treatment of complications. Medication is reasonable.
