三峡坝址流量是三峡工程施工调度决策的主要依据,也是大江截流水文预报的重要实时信息与依据条件。通过分析现有以葛洲坝水库反推入库流量代替三峡坝址流量的弊端及入库流量稳求中存在的问题,指出以葛洲坝水库反推入库流量代替三峡坝址流量是不合适的。在分析黄陵庙水位一流量关系等基础上,提出以黄陵庙水文站流量作为三峡坝址流量的基本观点,并建议了三峡工贝址的其它推流方法。
The flow in the Three Gorges Dam site is the main basis for the decision-making of the Three Gorges Project construction and an important real-time information and basis for the hydrological forecast of the inter-dam closure. Based on the analysis of existing problems of reverse flow of reservoir in Gezhouba Reservoir instead of flow in the Three Gorges Dam site and problems existing in the stability of flow in reservoir, it is not appropriate to replace the flow in the Three Gorges Dam with the reverse flow of reservoir in Gezhouba Reservoir. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the water level and the flow in Huanglingmiao, the paper puts forward the basic idea of Huanglingmiao Hydrological Station flow as the flow of the Three Gorges Dam and proposes other methods of flow diversion in Three Gorges Bei site.
